At a glance
The work
Shadow work is not about judging the parts of yourself you would rather hide. It is about meeting them with enough curiosity and compassion to understand what they have been protecting.
In a zero-judgment seaside environment, we create room to identify internalized shame, listen to your inner critic, and reclaim disowned personal power.
The work moves beyond positive affirmations into honest self-understanding, embodied self-acceptance, and practical ways to carry that acceptance into daily life.
What to expect
90 minutes to review history, identify inherited beliefs, map protective shame patterns, and establish safety protocols.
3.5 hours of arrival and somatic orienting, zero-judgment seaside shadow work, meeting the inner critic, and deep somatic reprocessing.
A 60-minute follow-up two weeks later to anchor self-acceptance and refine home-based somatic practices.
