What we offer

Nature Therapy Intensives

If you’ve been in traditional talk therapy for months—or years—you may already intellectually understand your trauma. But if your body still feels trapped in fight, flight, or freeze, talking alone isn’t always enough.

Trauma lives in the body and the nervous system. Sitting in a standard office for 50 minutes at a time can sometimes feel limiting when your body needs room to breathe and process.

Our Nature-Based Trauma Intensive combines trauma-informed therapy with the regulating power of the natural world. By blending deep processing, bilateral movement, and somatic grounding outside, we give your nervous system the space, time, and natural environment it needs to safely release what no longer serves you.

  • Phase 1: Pre-Intensive Setup (90 Minutes)

We review your history, establish safety protocols, map target trauma responses, and build your somatic baseline before heading outdoors.

  • Phase 2: The Half-Day Intensive (3.5 Hours)

A deep-dive session in a natural setting featuring:

    • Arrival & Somatic Orienting: Sensory grounding using natural elements.

    • Deep Processing: Trauma processing utilizing nature-based therapy and rhythmic bilateral movement (walking/nature-based bilateral stimulation).

    • Somatic Resourcing: Tactile integration, nature reflection, and physical release.

    • Future Anchoring: Building a portable, physical grounding toolkit you can take anywhere.

  • Phase 3: Integration Session (60 Minutes — 2 Weeks Later)

A dedicated follow-up to evaluate how your nervous system is adapting in daily life and refine your home-based somatic practices.

Traditional Therapy In-person or Virtual

True therapeutic growth isn't just about managing symptoms—it’s about changing how you relate to your inner world and your most important relationships. Traditional talk therapy, when enhanced with mindfulness and experiential methods, offers a steady, compassionate anchor for navigating life's most complex challenges.

Rather than trying to fight or eliminate uncomfortable thoughts and emotions, our practice uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based practices to help you make space for difficult feelings while staying committed to what truly matters to you.

We specialization in complex trauma, personality dynamics, depression, and severe anxiety. Whether you are an individual working through long-standing emotional wounds, a couple navigating deep-seated relational patterns, or a family seeking harmony across generations, our trauma-informed framework ensures every session is grounded in physical and emotional safety.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

When severe depression, anxiety, or trauma leaves your nervous system feeling stuck, traditional talk therapy alone can sometimes feel like running in place. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers a powerful catalyst for change by temporarily softening rigid defensive mechanisms and promoting neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to build new, healthier neural pathways.

This comprehensive 18-session protocol, deep psychedelic medicine work, and tailored psychological integration. We don't just provide the medicine space; we walk alongside you every step of the way to ensure your insights translate into lasting, real-world healing.

I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical.  Who is the provider of the medical end of KAP. I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes. Here’s a link to more information about KAP to see if it may be a good fit for you. https://journey.click/education
